• Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 / 5 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.

• A Full Manual UK Driver’s License / If Automatic License, have business insurance. 

• Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to children & young people.

• Experience working with children & young people within a residential setting and / or challenging behaviours.

• Have a clean DBS / Criminal Record and being willing for the organisation to obtain employment references.
