About Us
Achieving Together is dedicated to caring for and supporting some of the most vulnerable children and young people in care, aged 5–17 years. We offer a range of placements across Leicestershire through our Ofsted-registered Children’s Homes and 16+ Supported Accommodation Service.
At Achieving Together, we create a safe, homely, and nurturing environment where every child and young person is valued, cared for, and supported. We specialise in providing care for those who have experienced emotional or behavioural difficulties, ensuring they receive the structure and guidance they need to thrive.
Our approach is rooted in promoting independence, equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and resilience to transition successfully into adulthood. We believe in empowering children and young people to achieve their potential, providing stability, support, and opportunities every step of the way.

Our mission in our Children's Homes is to provide a safe, nurturing, and empowering home for children and young people aged 5–17. Through a specialised therapeutic approach, we support each child’s emotional, social, and personal development, helping them overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their full potential. We believe in working collaboratively with children, families, and communities to create a foundation of trust, understanding, and growth—because every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, not just survive.

Our mission in our 16+ Supported Accommodation is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for young people aged 16–17, helping them transition confidently into adulthood. Through a personalised, therapeutic approach, we focus on developing life skills, independence, and resilience, while promoting emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Our mission is to equip every young person with the tools, guidance, and support they need to achieve their potential and build a positive, self-sufficient future.
